What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

How can I update my profile information?

To update your profile information:
  1. Sign in to your F&P Healthcare account
  2. Click the manage account text link
  3. Update your information
  4. Click save changes
How do I change my password?

To change your password:
  1. Sign in to your F&P Healthcare account
  2. Click the manage account text link
  3. Click the change password
  4. Enter your new password and click save changes
What does the “Stay Signed In” checkbox mean on the sign in page?

After successfully signing in to your F&P Healthcare account, if you tick the Stay Signed In checkbox, you can close the browser and re-open later, and you will not need to sign in with your credentials again.  This option is not recommended if you use a shared computer.
Why do I have to accept the Terms of Use again?

When you created your F&P Healthcare account, you ticked the box to agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy that were applicable at that time. Occasionally, we need to update those Terms or Policies and when they change, we need to ensure that all users are aware changes have been made and provide the opportunity to review and then accept or decline those changes. Please note that you will need to accept any new Terms of Use or Privacy Policies to continue to use your F&P Healthcare account.
What should I do if my account is locked?

You will need to reset your password – follow the Forgotten Password instructions. If you are still locked out of your account after successfully resetting your password, please contact Account Support
